Michael Lloyd
Accredited Mortgage Professional
Michael has been involved in mortgage lending for over 20 years including being a Branch Manager for Delta Credit Union (now Envision) in White Rock and as a Mortgage Development Manager for Canada Trust. He made the move to be an Independent Mortgage Broker in 1999 so that he could offer his client's more than just one institution's products and better look after their needs. Michael is the team leader and is the primary contact for clients, Realtors, Financial Planners and the Community at large.

Tara Gentles
Accredited Mortgage Professional
Tara is very excited to be joining our dynamic team. She has 8 years of lending experience with Credit Unions, and believes that meeting her clients’ needs will be easier now that she has a wide range of lenders to choose from. Tara assists with the coordination of all new and existing mortgage approvals and pre-approvals in our office.
Tara lives in Cloverdale with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.

Carrie Lakatos

Carrie has an extensive lending background with various Financial Institutions including Envision Financial, Alberta Treasury Branch & Coast Capital Savings Credit Union. She left her Assistant Manager role at Envision to join the Invis on the Peninsula team so that she could offer her clients the best package for them, regardless of which lender or product that may be. Carrie’s experiences enable her to stay focused on her client’s needs and look long term for the best strategy for them to reach their goals.

Louise Lloyd
Database Manager
Louise's role is to maintain our database & to coordinate back of house business administration. While not working with clients directly, she uses her keen artistic eye and passion for detail to support Michael in administering external marketing programs. Her management experience stems from many years in the Restaurant & Retail Industries, her last position held was Senior Operations Manager before joining Michael's team. Louise enjoys outdoor activities with their two Beagles, swimming, art, travel and playing on a field hockey team.

Denise Carroll-McLean

Denise joined the Invis Team in May 2008. She started her career working with a Chartered Bank in lending for 12 years. Following this, Denise went to work in two different Credit Unions over the next 15 years. During this time, she worked as a mortgage specialist, financial advisor, and an Assistant Branch Manager.
This has led her to what she feels is the ultimate role, your trusted mortgage advisor and Accredited Mortgage Professional. Working together in helping her clients set relevant strategies is a priority for Denise. She looks forward to building her client relationships on a foundation of knowledge, experience, and trust as their personal mortgage consultant for life. She has a strong commitment to establishing long-term relationships with her clients and enjoys helping people through the mortgage process. Sukh joined Invis on the Peninsula in January, 2008 bringing 7 years of experience in the financial industry. He spent 5 years with TD Canada Trust where he excelled at providing quality customer service to a wide range of clients. He also spent a year with an alternative mortgage lender as an Underwriter and as Business Development Manager. Sukh has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from Simon Fraser University.
